We collect your email address and password when you create an account. For paid plans, payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your credit card details. We also store the content you generate using our service so you can access your history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, send important account notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate AI Brand Blast: Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI content and image generation, and ElevenLabs for audio generation. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information including encrypted passwords and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. For users in the European Union or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.
